Erin Herringshaw is the founder of Fortify, an executive coach and performance coach based in Western Washington.
She has founded and sold a company that franchised across five states, turned around a struggling home health division from red to profitable, and grew membership revenue for the Aerospace Futures Alliance by 140%. She knows what it takes to scale — and where the landmines are.
Erin also serves as president of the Puget Sound Skills Center Foundation, helping connect students with real career pathways and supporting the industries that drive the region.
